It's worth watching if you have a suitable video player; Windows Media Player , RealOne etc. and a fast internet connection (you can also rightclick the mp4, WMV or RealOne link and download the video). The videos range from 1.2 Mb to 2.5 Mb in size so opening them might take some time.
